REFUND POLICY:
At DOQUI LLC, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. Please review our returns and refund policy below:

  • Facility Rejections: DOQUI LLC is not responsible for items or packages rejected by a correctional facility. If an order is refused or rejected by the facility staff upon delivery, we do not offer refunds or store credit for the items or the shipping costs.
  • Customer Responsibility & Facility Regulations: It is the sole responsibility of the customer to research and understand the specific rules, weight limits, and item restrictions of the recipient's facility before placing an order. DOQUI LLC will not issue refunds for orders that are rejected due to a violation of facility-specific regulations or customer error regarding those rules.

    Returns: 
    Our policy mandates returns at the time of delivery. This policy is applicable only to non-perishable items. Non-perishable items may be returned at the time of delivery for a store credit.

    Packages returned for the following reasons are not eligible for refunded shipping and/or perishables:
    Out to court
    Loss of package room privileges
    Placed in keep lock and/or special housing
    Over allowable package limit/weight
    Transferred to another facility
    Refused package
    To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging. Certain types of goods are exempt from being returned, such as perishable goods like refrigerated food items.

    Cancellation Policy:
    Any order cancelled within 24 hours of shipment is subject to a 15% restocking fee. This fee is applied to cover costs associated with processing, fulfilling, restocking, and processing cancellation and refund.

    Refunds:
    Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your store credit. If approved, your store credit will be processed within a certain number of days.

    Late or Missing Credits:
    If you haven’t received a credit yet, please send an email to our account. Someone will get back to you within 24-hours to resolve the matter. Please contact us at [email protected]

    Exchanges:
    We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective or damaged item for the same one, please email us at [email protected] and send your item to: DOQUI LLC, 221 Skyline Drive  , Ste 208/172, East Stroudsburg, PA 18301.

    Shipping:
    To return your product, please mail it to: DOQUI LLC, 221 Skyline Drive  , Ste 208/172, East Stroudsburg, PA 18301.You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

    For added security, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
